Now accepting bookings for 2008!
October and November is Trophy time and is booking up fast!
A bunch of days have been booked for the 2008 season already.
Guiding Musky, Walleye, and stream smallmouth trips!

Fall is trophy time!
Many days still available for Fall 2008!
Shawano lake Weekday Special!
pay only $200 for a full day for two fisherman(not good with any other offers)!

Your trip will include (what I bring to the table):
1) Being on board The "Pursuit," my 2005 Fisher Hawk 170. 17'-6" long, Deep-V, with a 98" beam, our boat is an extremely stable musky platform. Equiped with Lowrance Sonar and GPS (LMS522IGPS), A  Mercury outboard, Minnkota bowmount trolling motor, Lowrance marine band radio, CD player, Scotty Rod holders, quality Life jackets, all the safety equipment required by all laws, and safety inspected.

2) Equipped with any rods (including St. Croix), reels ( Abu, Diawa and Okuma), and hard to find baits (Gerry Carroll's tails, Shane West's Gliders, Mordas, Big Game, Suzy Suckers, etc., as well as the standards) that I believe in. If you feel more comfortable with your own equipment, please, bring it.

3) An entertaining, as well as an educational day on the water. I am in the business to educate you, not hide proven spots/ patterns. If you have not caught a fish, at least I'll have you rolling on the floor of our boat laughing (if we did not so much as raise a fish, you get a discount on your next adventure with me/ us).

4) A fully licensed and insured guide, Pictures, AND video of your catch(es), burned to a DVD.

5) A solid knowledge of NE WI waters, specializing in Forest, Langlade, Marathon, Marinette, Oconto, Onieda, Portage, Shawano, and Vilas County waters. If you want to learn a lake I have little experience at, I will gain it before our trip.

6) A network of knowledge of other great fisherman who I share knowledge with. This is something money cannot buy.

7) You will recieve a marked map of any/ all lakes we fished on your trip (including waypoints, upon request, printed, or, onto a chip, if you want, that you provide).

8) Being a Full-time employee of The Sportsman, the greatest musky store in the world, I am privy to the latest baits, and info on what is working, and what is not.

9) Pro Staff member of Gerry Carroll's, and Timberwolf Tackle, The Sportsman, as well as consultants for other baitmakers, published author, former baitmaker, tourney angler, and custom bait painter.

10) Musky "virgins" enjoy the best success rate with me than seasoned musky hunters (they come, usually with more of an open mind, by and large).

11) Top Tatics for the body of water you, or I pick.

Trip prices:

$200.00 Half day (4-5 hours)
$265.00 full day (fish till you drop)
(pricing is for up two two people)
Book more than two trips, 3rd trip is on me!

Full days are more of a bargain than half days.

No "chase boats" allowed, unless you want to pay 3X the amount of a normal trip price.

Your handheld GPS is welcome in our boat (we have nothing to hide).

If I can book another client on the same day, on the same lake(s), and you do not mind, You get a break on the trip. The first person to book the trip gets the very front of the boat.

Our guide service is Female friendly, with female friendly equipment, provided by request. Your wife, girlfriend, etc., is more than welcome on our boat!

If you choose to fish with your own equipment/ baits, rates will be cheaper yet.

Repeat customers of mine will receive a HUGE discount.

What you need to bring:
1) Positive attitude.
2) rain gear
3) any baits and rods you want to bring
4) sunscreen
5) your lunch and drinks (unless we work out a lunch at a place on the water)
6) a strong musky work ethic ( I have been known to be a drill sergeant of musky fishing).
7) A valid WI fishing License

What you need to leave at home:
1) Your work.
2) your dog (unless arrangements have been made. I love dogs, but some dogs are hard to love).
3) Your cell phone if you get calls every 5-10 minutes.
4) Pre-concieved notions about a lake we fish.
5) Someone who will take you off of your musky-game.
6) Alcohol. Our boat is not a tavern, however, I do believe in a "victory dance" when you catch a fish. I have that covered. No need to bring your own.

"Never, EVER, take a knee in the Pursuit that is your life! You only get one shot at anything, and Fair Catches are for those who choose not to Stand and Deliver, So do not pi$$ it all away!  GO HARD, or stay home!"
